Thank you so much for all the wonderful albums you design for us….Awhile back you made an album with the theme “She said Yes”. I made it for my Niece when she got married and I threw a shower for her with “She said Yes” as the theme… Because the shower and the album were the same color and idea, it was very easy to coordinate the album. Made a great gift for her thanks for the inspiration .
I LOVE this size album, Rosa. I have been thinking about larger albums and to my surprise you have created one for us. Thank you so much for doing this, I really appreciate it. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!! God Bless you my dear.
This is the size album I have done the most. I like the size to put 8x10 photos. You did great on this tutorial. Thank you for showing how you did it. Your album looks great.
I finished the album today ... I do hope you will do a video showing how you decorate the pages. That the part that scares me/ ha!! Loved the tutorial ... thank you so much for sharing your talents with us!
Brilliant, really helpful for a newby (that’s me). Hope you are going to continue this tutorial and show us how you choose the matting and decorations etc.
I am very glad to have found your channel because I have been looking for the perfect large album to make for Christmas. Thank you so much for sharing.
Gracias nuevamente. Estaremos esperando la decoración más adelante. Cuidate!
Such great institutions and easy to follow may I ask where you got your scoreboard and what brand it is I've been looking for that one. Looks like Easier numbers to read
How thick is your chipboard, please? I got some but I don't know if it will be stiff enough. I love your video. We love you...you talk slowly enough so I can understand and yet you never miss a beat! We are very impressed with your video and made your album last night and today. So far we have about 5 hours in it...lol! We have never done this before...haha! But it is beautiful! Thank you so much! God bless you for sharing your lovely talent with all of us! Next we are going to make one of your smaller albums for my five grandchildren.
Love, Love , Love your video tutorials. This is no exception. I am glad to see you doing one that is bigger. Keep them coming. Would you share the link to where you buy the double stick tape? Also, hope you plan to show us the decorated album when it's complete.
I love your tutorials, you're so creative. But I have to say my OCD was in hyper drive when you put down that score tape and didn't burnish it. The air bubbles are gonna make that stuff come apart down the road. Still love your videos though, you're so cheery. Thanks so much for sharing!
Hello Rosa I was just wondering what kind of 1 inch double sided tape are you using. I have seen your items in your Amazon store front. I didn’t not see the 1 inch double sided tape though? Thank you
What kind of tape do you use to put the binding on the spine and what kind to put the pages onto the binding? I've made mini albums before but the pages always end up coming off after a few weeks or so. Also, what do you use to cut the chipboard?
HI rosa! love your tutorial: simple and clear! have a question: how do you know how big are your pages in any album? if its 10x10,what's the pages' size?? Thanks! Ivi
I’ve started this album. All my pages are done and now I’m working through adding the flips and flaps...I’m up to the waterfalls... and will continue tomorrow... not bad for one day... thanks so much... ♥️
I finished the album...got it it all decorated.. printed a few pictures and added them...this was a graduation gift for a very special young lady that I’ve known since she was born...she loved it.. and her sister loved even more. Again thank you so much..I know there will be more of these albums to make in my future♥️
Thank u so much for this beautiful tutorial ....I'm so in love with the way u explain with every detail...🙂❤I'm making the same 1 hopefully it comes out as good as yours...hahhahaa....just wanted to check if I could add more hinges than just 8?
I am so excited!!! You did an excellent job. I can't wait to start covering my album. Can I ask where you get your double sided tape from? You are the best! Thank you, Rosa!!! 🤗 Ramona
RosaKellyScrapbooking Take your time... No rush! Just wait until next week so that you can enjoy your weekend 🤗 Where do you purchase your thick double sided tape?
RosaKellyScrapbooking I've been trying to find a good one. I have purchased some... but they don't pass my test as far as stickiness is concerned.... sigh.
Making mini albums for my daughters GS Troop but realized that I didn't reenforce the spine and in looking for ideas came across your tutorial. I look forward to making a different kind of album now! I didn't see any information in the description box about how many pieces of 8 1/2 x 11 or 12 x12 cardstock you used to make the album. Can you please provide that information?
Now, we the international viewers, that only have A4...hmmm...to rethink measures or to cut the 12x12 to the American size, I guess...beautiful tutorial!
im 72 and just started scrapbooking and your tutorial was perfect for a first time. my question is I made it for a wedding scrapbook for my daughter and after getting it together I thought maybe I should have used white cardstock instead of black. Before I start putting the design on do you think it would still look good or should I start over and do it in white? thank you!
Hi from mexico love your tutorials and the albums are so beautiful but im a beginner can you help us giving us th e mesures for each part of the album somo parts don tell the sizes please love this one
Rosa I made this album and the album is not sturdy te spine lays flat. Is there a way I can send you photos de you can give me some suggestions on how to study it up? Thank you so much
Another great tutorial: thank you so much! I have made the 8 signatures and can't wait to complete my album. Can you please tell me the name of the tool you use to peel back the sticky tape? I need one! Many thanks. I love your work and your videos x x x
I SO love these albums, they beautiful. One question? Why is it that videos never tell you how much pattern paper to buy? How awful it would to run out and find it all sold and not be able to complete the project. Some of these wonderful albums seem to use a lot, please advise. Kate x
I use kits from Echo Park and Carta Bella. I am using two kits of the Carta Bella for our album. You will want more paper than you think to decorate it.
Not showing how to place the hinges together would you show me it looks like there's 3 4of a inch missing You go straight to next thing placing chipboard Please respond I'm at this point Thank you
110 paper is hard to find on 12x12, they are usually all 65 lb. I used the artisan craft cardstock from countrycraftcreations.com is much more strong, similar to 110 lb
I bought a box of that 1 inch tape online, it came with 20some rolls 😆 they ended up being around $1.xx each. How do you like using it? I find it very useful when making the covers especially and it's very sticky!
Gracias!!
Country Craft Creations have the best 12x12 carstock for mini albums, they are very sturdy and don't ever crack. That's what I'm using www.countrycraftcreations.com/collections/artisan-cardstock Also, Joanns have some 12x12 cardstock that is "heavy weight" (but no so much) I use it too sometimes, is ok too
Besos!

hey rosa...thank you for the tutorial...i just had a question...how do you cover the front page of an album with the pattern paper by folding them over the edges instead of cutting it half an inch smaller than the page like you have done in your prima rose quartz album...i know its not related to this video but i really wanted to know...thank you❤️
Basically you will just use the pattern paper to wrap the chipboard instead of using the cardstock, join them together so they are big enough and make sure they are facing up :)
RosaKellyScrapbooking I guess I’ll also give it a try...and thanks again for answering all of our questions so patiently even after being on the level of craftsmenship you are...it really means a lot to us as you are a big inspiration to me and a lot of fellow crafters I believe...So yeah I hope you always keep making these beautiful projects so we all can sit back at the end of a tiring day and relax and enjoy by watching your videos❤️
Gretchen, you should check out Joann's. im 72 and just started scrapbooking and your tutorial was perfect for a first time. my question is I made it for a wedding scrapbook for my daughter and after getting it together I thought maybe I should have used white cardstock instead of black. Before I start putting the design on do you think it would still look good or should I start over and do it in white? thank you!

I did a wedding scrapbook album with black color for my coworker and I looks pretty.
Where do you get your chipboard? I ordered graphic 45 medium weight but it doesn't seem thick enough. Help
Hi from mexico love your tutorials and the albums are so beautiful but im a beginner can you help us giving us th e mesures for each part of the album somo parts don tell the sizes please love this one
Do you have a video on how to decorate it new at this please help me finish
What pt is the chipboard you are using? Like 22 pt, 30pt, 50 pt?
Do you have written instructions we can buy for this album?
What lb cardstock did you use for the 10x10 pages?
It looks like 80lb.
@@sharon94503 We used Bazzill cardstock...the older Bazzill. We have had a lot of trouble with the new cardstock...
Look for heavy weight cardstock
However, if you will do lots of folding like the accordion, you need to grab a lighter weight cardstock like 60 lbs or so.
What kind of paper did you use
Good evening do you have a tutorial for 12 sheets ? If so please let me know. I would like to follow that one.
Rosa, how much would you charge to make one like this for someone.
Is a hook from Cricket tools :) Thank you!!
+RosaKellyScrapbooking thank you! I have completed the album and now embellishing it 😆

I love the tutorial, you make it look so easy... I just have a question: what is the weight of the paper you are using for the pages?
110 paper is hard to find on 12x12, they are usually all 65 lb. I used the artisan craft cardstock from countrycraftcreations.com is much more strong, similar to 110 lb
Did you use a heavier weight 8 1/2 x 11 since that is available in 110? Didn't know about mixing or should both sizes of paper be consistent?
Hola Rosa .
very nice rosa
I bought a box of that 1 inch tape online, it came with 20some rolls 😆 they ended up being around $1.xx each. How do you like using it? I find it very useful when making the covers especially and it's very sticky!
Carrie Rodriguez that's a good deal for tape! I actually like it alot. TFW! Hugs
Carrie Rodriguez Hi Carrie. Can you provide the link of where you purchased it?
Carrie I too would like to know where to purchase the tape, if you don't mind sharing.
Oh, I got it from Walmart.com 😆🤗
Hello Rosa,
Beautiful job on the mini album, but I have questions, would you be willing to PM?
Hola Rosa!! Gracias!!
Maria mejorado is a cricket hook, you can find if at Michael's 😊
RosaKellyScrapbooking Gracias!
Where do you buy your card stock at bc all I can find is 8.5x11card stock?
Country Craft Creations have the best 12x12 carstock for mini albums, they are very sturdy and don't ever crack. That's what I'm using www.countrycraftcreations.com/collections/artisan-cardstock Also, Joanns have some 12x12 cardstock that is "heavy weight" (but no so much) I use it too sometimes, is ok too
Rosa kelly can i just know the spine size please i'm not able to purchase the tutorial 😓
It is on here. You just follow Rosa on here. the spine is 4 3/4 but follow her on here. It is a wonderful tutorial.
Muchas gracias
Can you give us the mesures for each part in some of them you don tell so i cant do it please give us the mesurments
I love this big album! Where can I find the dimensions for everything so I can follow along?
If you follow the video she gives all measurements as you work. We just stopped the video when we needed to catch up. The one we made took us 3 days...about 9 hours all together, but we are not speedy and have never made a book. My post is above. The tape is so important and was so expensive so we ordered the BAZIC tape that Rosa uses. Making another of her books next.
I’ve heard in other videos she posts the measurements on her blog/website too. I stop and repeat the video to catch the numbers
This is one the best tutorials i have seen! I absolutely love the layout and the simple, yet complex, design. I am wondering if the pages will fit an 8x10 photo with a small border or do the photos have to be cropped?
Lisa Ritter maybe you will need to crop the 10” side of the photo if you want to see the paper under 🙂
Where can I get the tape you used
Pam Bell try amazon is a 1” score tape
Can someone show me how to set up camera to record like this video
Gigantic or mini?😂any way I love your album. Beautiful
yes gigantic...we need to reconsider the name LOL
super
hey rosa...thank you for the tutorial...i just had a question...how do you cover the front page of an album with the pattern paper by folding them over the edges instead of cutting it half an inch smaller than the page like you have done in your prima rose quartz album...i know its not related to this video but i really wanted to know...thank you❤️
Basically you will just use the pattern paper to wrap the chipboard instead of using the cardstock, join them together so they are big enough and make sure they are facing up :)
RosaKellyScrapbooking
If I use the prima rose quartz paper pack...isn’t it gonna crack on the edges??
I’m asking this as its quite thick
I don't think it will crack, the one I did is fine
RosaKellyScrapbooking
I guess I’ll also give it a try...and thanks again for answering all of our questions so patiently even after being on the level of craftsmenship you are...it really means a lot to us as you are a big inspiration to me and a lot of fellow crafters I believe...So yeah I hope you always keep making these beautiful projects so we all can sit back at the end of a tiring day and relax and enjoy by watching your videos❤️
Awww thank you Divya, your kind words mean a lot to me :)
👍❤😃
Will that size be for sale if so how much please
Loving 2 Craft hi, yes please email me at rosakelly27@gmail.com thanks!
I did
Can you please tell me what you mean by "heavyweight" (for the 8.5 x 11)? What is the weight of the 12 x 12? ... Thank you for sharing.
Gretchen De Ornelas I'm using the artisan craft cardstock from Country Craft Creations, it is stronger than your regular 65lb normal cardstock 😊
Gretchen, you should check out Joann's. They just got some 12x12 110 pound cardstock in white, black and vanilla. they each have 40 sheets per pkg and the 8.5x11 in white, black, vanilla and brown that's 110 pound as well. Those have 100 sheets per pkg. The 110 pound cardstock makes good base pages for cards and albums. And you can use a coupon on it as well. They have a new brand called parklane.
thank you, Shartrawa.... as it turns out I did get the cardstock from Joann's... they were t a good price...only problem is Joann takes a long time to deliver ...no store near me.
