Background Story:
Written way back in October 2014 at Vunamasei house, Yaro Village.
This was my first ever original Gospel song i wrote based on my lifes story. it is a living testimony of mine.
Being the youngest and only daughter in the family, I had a hard time finding happiness given the fact that i had just lost my parents at a very young age.
I chose to follow a path that led me to no acceptance from family members. I went through way too much pain. A young girl like me shouldn't have to at a very young age. I started to question why Me?
Then, in the midst of all my questions, I heard this song in ears. immediately, I ran for my guitar and followed the song that was playing in my mind.
After I had finalized the chords and felt that I was satisfied with the melody, I then sat to read through the lyrics.
As I was reading, tears fell from my eyes, for i deeply felt that the song was a message for me.
I'm grateful and thankful for the talent God has given me. I believe the message in this song can even save another soul.
