    Bro, amazing build, and awesome choices on the components. I'm happy to see some other custom Powerful Lithium packs out in the wild! I searched and experiemented for years with different brands and builders and nothing comes close to my PL batteries in any regard. Can't wait to see this beast up and running!

    My Magura rotors and pads are already toasted after 61 miles of 72v riding on my Z1. They don’t like stopping from 60+ mph.

      oh man, that will drive me nuts. I am a really mellow braker and I will turn on regen. Hopefully my experience is different. I got over 2000 miles on my stock brakes before needing to change them.

      I was running at 15% regen I turned it up to 30%. Waiting on my regen throttle from Amazon.

    It also looks like there’s zero chance that enclosure is going to fit. But I look forward to it

      I thought it’s not safe to put those battery pack in parallel just by using the y splitter

      @@mrk_u1352 no it’s totally fine. Ran 6000 miles with this setup. Even got up to three stock batteries in parallel

      yea, it is. but let me remind you I had 3 stock batteries on before so I’m used to it. Don’t think it’s a huge weight diff from that.

    Look forward to the range tests uploads. To improve range couldn't you fit mid motor with gearing ?

      I thought about that but it cuts into my battery capacity. having the motor in the hub frees all the center space up for battery.

    how many amps does the 60a pack put out? just wondering because that splitter they sent you does not look like it can handle 100 amps

      Yea it’s a little cold now. But I got over 75 miles I think. I should post a vid soon. Thanks for hanging in there but I think I’ll post a 90 miles ride soon

    Why would u remove pedal assist. Are you saying if I wanna upgrade like you did I will loose the ability to have the assist

      I added the 72v pedal assist that the new kit comes with. maybe the stock one could be spliced in but not sure. haven’t got it to work yet

      I think they are only required if the batt voltages are different. The entire system is 72v
