I used to think that wearing a suit could limit dancers movements especially with a hard and powerful choreography like halazia, but I can see non of the heaviness in San’s performance. if anything the outfit just enhances his charm. he’s out of this world!!

They’re basically always overseas so I wouldn’t be surprised if no one offered him a role but even if they did I bet kq would do anything to send any other member but San or even Seonghwa since they’re already popular. These past years are a proof
@@fed4945 That’s an interesting perspective, about them being overseas and all. But yea that latter part…I know they’ve seen us complaining about it because this month San and Seonghwa have finally gotten to go on to variety shows, and Mingi has finally done a couple of special stages. It’s too sudden for it to be just a coincidence. If they promoted those three to the front (especially San) then they could really lock in that domestic audience, but alas…
I mean the views on this video alone let’s you know that people have their eye on him. The gap between the top two views for this performance is huge.
@@timemachine5641 yeah I noticed it too that they’re going to shows but I don’t know if it was for that or simply because they’re trying to send everyone so someone goes to one show and the others to another, especially because in Halazia those theee were probably the members with the worst parts and it’s shocking especially knowing how kpop works. If they were to comeback with a song that highlights the three of them I really think ateez can get to the top with the other 4th gen groups and it would have happened months ago if kq knew how to promote them but I just hope things will change from now on

Woah you can clearly see that no one has San’s energy during the dance break, it helps that he’s one of the best dancers kpop ever had but his energy is what really sets him apart from the others. And this is why Hala Hala is still their most iconic dance break, because San is the one leading it and it seems 3x more powerful that way. Now they are starting to have a dance break for every song and at the same time hiding San for all those dance breaks, I don’t even know who is deciding this but they’re messing up so bad and I truly truly truly hope next comeback we’ll get San at the center (actually all the members who have a performer position got their center time for the dance break during these last comebacks so if next time is not San then it’s confirmed that the company has something against him). Make him the one who leads the dance break and I assure you that dance break will go viral everywhere
You are forgetting that they perform all of this during concerts as well. How many dance breaks do you need to have him lead before you exhaust him completely? He seems superhuman, but he's not. They are all human beings who keep this level of energy up during long concerts with back to back songs, let the man breathe in the back sometimes!
@@AdventurousJS well that’s really not the reason why because if anything San is probably the only idol who always always gives his best, no matter where he is. You just need to look at his fancams (where you can see him obviously) to see that even if he’s completely invisible, he still has the best energy of them all. And even if he could, I don’t want him to take the lead for all of them because I know there are few members with a performance position and they should get chances as well but the last San break San led was Hala Hala, since then he only got center time for award shows performances and now not even that. So it’s only right for us to ask for something more for him because he deserves a way better treatment than the one he’s getting
@@Chensanie I do understand, but I am seriously worried about his health because he simply does not turn down the intesity ever. And we are discussing an intense performance where he had a trio dance break and featured heavily in the music video in a trio dance AND separate solo scenes AND is the ending fairy of both the MV and the stage performance for what seem to be clear lore reasons. AND he's also the lead vocalist with lots of difficult lines that require a lot of breath. It's a lot for one person to carry that much all the time because he NEVER lowers his intensity, ever, you're right.
He also has solo performances and intros during the concerts, as well as end of year stages. I think it would be wonderful to see more of his slower solo work, actually, the kind he has been doing for the intros during concerts. That would be great to see during a bridge, for example.
Multiple members have mentioned that they don't really have specific roles anymore, so I don't see them sticking to any listed "performance" roles or anything.
Now that all 8 of them have songs where they all sort of carry the performance aspect they might start circling around again. I really really really hope he doesn't wear himself out too soon because he is truly such a spectaular performer. Like someone should be specifically tasked to look after San's joints as their only job, don't you think?!

@@kirigayasan9980 yes. kq is one of the best companies + from some of the videos and clips, it's evident that the kq ceo loves san v much.
San is definitely the most popular member of the group, you can tell this by how much his fan cams are watched. He could totally have a solo career. Being American, I don't really understand the K-pop industry. I have no idea if KQ is strict or not. Maybe he doesn't get those covers because they want other members to get the spotlight? He is definitely a team player so I can see him taking a back seat to let this happen. He is not ignored by any means but being a fan like you, I too am disappointed when I see a performance and he spends very little time in the front and/or singing.
