Thanks for your first impressions. I think we are all excited to see test results from pairings. I am running 4 melee marches and 2 Seige. If the test results for Stephen are good, I just might consider going 3 and 3 seige marches. I could easily drop my one Archer march as I'm constantly disappointed with their survivability in the field. Plus, you can't run away. I think the pairing options could be very interesting going forward. Thanks so much 🙏
I think you didn't mention a very important part of him: his skill tree ... and I believe I will put him in front of Gonzalo My Marg is 5511 and all other 3 are maxed but my issue is her resistance stats... literally zero. Zero. Her strong point is the 50% ranged normal damage from her active + Rejuvenate from her Support tree that REALLY turns her into a perfect pairing for Gonzalo to turn the Tower into a deadly machine gun. But now with Stephen... I believe the +25% skill damage from the talents, + the Rage from Rejuvenate AND the last skill from the skill tree will not only make him viable, but also almost equally strong. The difficulty with Marg her low defensive stats, and her 1st skill cycle, but Stephen could get +100 rage from the skill tree last talent, which in average will make him throw the skill 1 or 2 turns earlier (since there is no CD) the only downside to that... is that there will not be enough points to push the last talent from the Engineering talent tree... that is bad, really bad. We could get at best 1 of the 2 strong talents before the last one (the one in the right I think +20% ranged counterattack resistance), and then maximize the Skill tree He could be primary to Gonzalo, or Babur if Gonzalo, he would be slightly weaker than the punch delivered by Marg+Gonzalo BUT would be WAY WAY waaaaaay more resistant. They would also go by the skill cycle as quickly as they would with Marg - which is very important if with Babur, we could push only the Rejuvenate from the Skill tree (because Babur's expertise skill will provide already +50, so it will probably overage) and push the Engineering talent tree to maximum. These two would SLAP so so hard, that is crazy to think about it. They would be extremely resistant too, with healing, a massive single target punch and with an insanely quick skill cycle Gaja Mada could be the 3rd tower, with a Leadership commander behind him (Ceasar, Honda, or Shajar, or even Matilda) But I really believe Stephen is very promising as primary to Babur or Gonzalo, depending on your playstyle and priorities 😎🙏 hugs from 2444
By your response I can’t tell you are both passionate and knowledgeable on siege. I specifically stayed away from the Skill Tree outside of saying he could produce faster rage. I want to play around with the skills before offering opinions on it. I appreciate the other thoughts, really insightful. My only hesitation is using a none siege commander. Lilith has really restricted their abilities. On my end, I messed with a few none siege and each time their only use is the single dps on their first skill (even if AOE), as it relates to combat in V-Formation. Really appreciate the comments!
Peeps in my alliance are saying they have heard “leaks” of a second siege commander being revealed soon. We will wait and see…those pesky leaks 😂
Chester!!!! Lol
