It is soooooo good I couldn't recommend it more!! And if you want to have free access to it (and lots of other classes/series) for 30 days, here's my link: www.talkable.com/x/khywDp . If you try his classes, let me know how it goes! They're pretty tough for being "just" stretching!
Love the insight into an "ordinary" day of the life of a tennis player! Your serves are good! Also, how do you know what to do at a gym? Did your coach design a set program on what you need to do at a gym?

The program is the High Performance Program by Tennis Fitness (you can find the link in the description under the video!) and, even though it's not a custom program, it is *really* good. Those people know what they are doing!!
