Congratulations and what are the questions you were asked at the border pass by the officers ?
They asked me what the kind of food stuff I had, I guess they wanted to know of I had any contraband. I didn't spend up to 5mins at the boarder service and I was issued my study permit/work permit

I had a sponsor so I used my sponsor's bank statement

I really can't remember but I'm sure it wasn't up to 5000 Naira for to and fro. I think it's that cheap because I live in Abuja and there's a Canadian visa application centre in Abuja too and that was where my passport was stamped.
I happy a question. Your school starts in January so you did you go in September?
My school couldn't defer me to January so I rushed in and resumed in September. I posted a follow-up video on the reasons why I left in September.
I actually have the same program so I told them to defer to Fall 23 because my course is 1 year and it has started like 2 months already and I didn't want to stress myself.
But I have my new admission letter now

I applied on the 4th of June and I got my passport request on the 15th of August so like 2 months plus

@@premiumgistwithladyb1508 sis I think it's prayer o, when I got my passport request email, I thought it was joke cos I was like "so fast?"
@@Niffyunusal alright don't worry you'll get it. For me I did an upfront medical, I didn't wait for them to ask me to go do medicals. I did it and uploaded the medicals print out IOM gave me during the time I was applying. My agent told me its faster that way.

After I submitted my passport, it took about 10days for IRCC to return it.. well, I don't think there's a specific timeline, I guess it depends on when your school starts, not so sure.

Please how long did it take to get your visa?
I submitted my application on the 4th of June, did my biometrics on the 8th of June and got my passport request message on the 15th of August. So roughly 2 months plus.
What’s vsfs alert form?
It's a form I printed off from the VFS website to write down my phone number inorder to receive sms alert when my passport is ready for collection.
Which university did you applied? Which school would you suggest for Post graduate diploma in Canada?
I'm in a college. I think PGD is done in colleges, I'm not so sure. It also depends on the course you want to do.

Some Canadian universities like Carleton University, Trent University, University of Ottawa and some other ones have Post Graduate Certificate and Post Graduate Diploma courses

Yes I used an agent but I only used them for my visa processing, I did my admission processing myself

I paid a little over 1.5m Naira for my ticket. It was a rushed trip and I was left with no choice.

1.5m for flight ticket?
Yep because my trip wasn't planned and that was the cheapest flight I could get at the time. I explained why I left all of a sudden in the video after this one.

@@ulomairoegbulam942 No I didn't, I booked one way. Round trip was super expensive, I left Nigeria in a hurry so i just took what was available. If your departure date is still far, you can book a Round trip so that you can have access to PTA.

Y'll should please Stop calling other people's food "nonsense food." It is common among a lot of Nigerians traveling abroad. It won't be nice to us if they label our ogbono, ewedu, dried fish nonsense food. There "Nonsense food" is what they eat, please learn to adapt to their culture and foods....Thanks................ First of all, I never called Canadian food nonsense. You actually missed the point. Me saying the food I was served on the plane was nonsense doesn't mean I was degrading other people's food. I basically eat any food but that particular plane food didn't cut it for me and even my neighbour on the plane plus her hubby (Canadians ) said the same so🤷♀️. And thanks though.

How long did it take for your school admission to be out?
I think a week. I think It came out that quick because I applied in 2021 and got admitted so they kinda already have my record in their system so there was no need for delays and the school ID I was assigned to 2021 was thesame school ID I was assigned in 2022 when I was readmitted. I think it took about a month to get a feedback on my admission status when I applied back in 2021.
