If we'll just explore the capital cities of all EU countries then 4 lakh budget is possible😂
I'm a frequent traveller, been to over 20 countries, stayed in Hostels, explored every corner of that country nit just the capital city. You'll need 7 lakh per person just to cover France , Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Prague & Budapest (just capital cities of these 2 countries).
