This is just babysteps, even calculus 1-3 or more advanced maths is baby steps for chatgpt or most LLMs really. I strongly recommend you try math specialized GPTs, if you are surprised by this then youll be mindblown. I like to think about it this way, if there is a book about that topic online, chatgpt has already studied it thousands of times.
Not really though… wolfram alpha does a great job of displaying answers in many formats and showing the work/rational and while Chat GPT is getting better by the month, it wasn’t to long ago that it thought 9.11 > 9.9
They aren't even the same thing, one is a highly glorified probabilistic search engine and the other is an engine to parse mathematical expressions into computable problems, completely different things. They'll probably integrate an engine like wolfram to chatgpt(its highly probable that such a project already exists),as wolfram is good at computation while gpt is good at parsing the problem(hopefully).
@@tfg601 I mean yes? Chat gpt is getting better but my point was that wolfram alpha already is better. Trying to get chat gpt to solve certain integrals (ex. 1 to inf of ln(x) / (1 + x^2) just fails miserably and there are still more basic problems (though less common) that it can’t solve.

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into it.
yeah man, math GPT's are insane. I've found that some of them can even solve actuary exam questions- exams that usually take 6-8 years to pass.
You should start making videos on the amc 10,12
👍
22:45 What?
Chat GPT will never be on the level of wolframalpha at least for math

@@baconboyxy You didn't explain properly, all you said was Chat GPT is getting better and is learning from its mistakes 💀.

@@baconboyxy Oh sorry I didn't read the Original post properly
uh oh
math is confirmed everywhere now
