I can't remember but I feel like I've left this comment on another video from their 2001 Chicago show.... I still to this day, wish they would put this entire show on DVD.
Love Toms announcement, “Fuck, this song is hard…”. To be fair, those are the parts even legends f*ck up. Those clean picking patterns that sit all alone in the mix being played to a full stadium.😥😰
@@chiefcheeser I mean I was in the 7th grade and what's my age again was lit the first song the local rock station played. freeworldlivin dude, it was the setup they had there, you cannot see the seats were still in place. This is at tinley park, and they left the seats on the floor so people couldn’t really get down...i was fifth row and people were still goin crazy but it was tamer than other shows with open floor plans
Lol.... why does Delong always say... “ this song is hard to play” and “ he’s about to fuck it all up” He’s funny as hell , & although blink isn’t the best musicians... they make up for it with hilarious banter& very comical song lyrics. I only recently have become a Blink fan& I think they’re great because they DONT think THEY are great
2:20 See if Mark said this today blinks career would have been over and he probably would have had an investigation happen because people now are triggered and offended by fucking everything and cannot take a joke anymore!
Kynan's Music yes, some jokes they did about homosexuals in the 90's too...now its impossible... the political propaganda can destroy you and your career.
2:20 that wouldn't go unnoticed these days
Yeah, don’t get me wrong I like the blink boys and their toilet humour but YIIIIIIKES!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Well it's probably hard to play when your guitar is at your ankles
😂😂😂😂😂
But it looks fckin cool
lol style before skill obviously 😂
Yes Iv tried to play it with my guitar at my ankles not only did I look like an idiot It was also hard to play lol
punk-rock style
2001 is Blink's greatest year.
Butt Hole 98-2003 their prime
Mike Jim yes 2003 and 2004 sadly :(
Thelonius Mitchell the album was good (platinum award winner) but I think he’s talking more of Toms prime maybe
I’d say 2003 was their best year
1995-2004
Not sure the 14 year old line would go over well now haha. Different times
what I was thinking 😂
Imagine saying that in concert now…
Good thing Tom reassured the crowd XD
OMG I am seeing them in Hartford CT on Wednesday and was looking at old lives. Times have certainly changed? LOL
Pause at 0:14 is the most early 2000s image I have ever seen
Crazy this is over 20 years ago, it could easily still be a modern performance
"tHIS SOng iS hArDD tO pLaY"
*drops guitar to ankle height*
Lol
Watching this after reading 2014 brings you down.
I was at this show, 21 years old, fifth row...
Wheres my asian friends?
20 years ago damn
This was the best harmony Tom did live
Dat Gamer Wolf pitch correction
On the Mark, Tom and Travis show he was really good with the harmony.
It’s on that album.

Not when you’re rocking the ankle guitars 😂 Looked badass tho!
"fuck this song is hard to play" 😂😂😂😂😂
It's hard when it's fast like that. 😂
songohan511 well skiba has fucked up the song twice
Ted Brodhead twice?? Always

That arpeggiation is hard to play. Totally something a bassist would come up with, which makes it different.
blink-182 for life
Tom's harmonies are great here
2:21 WTF mark
“What’s my age again and where’s my Asian friend”😂
This might be my favourite rendition of this song
this is digital gold
1:01 " Sodomy ! So dom you " xD hahaha !
So Dom you isn’t a real word
But why would Tom say that
@@ellenandmufudzi7725 "sodomy" sounds like "sodo-me", so Tom says "sodom-you"

The first song I learned on guitar. Man I miss these days

The way Tom says his ... line and then the crowd is silent is so funny
Travis sounding like blink had Stewart Copeland for a show lol love it. Such a great drummer
Good comparison!
Early 2000s Mark and Tom reminded me of little kids and Travis was their dad
This is a great performance of what’s my age again? And very bloody fast haha
Getting pretty good
Where's my asian friend?
John Kent Presents - .Campz yea haha. Mark said that a lot in the 90s-2000s. Sorry for replying so late

Where’s my Asian friend?

Wonder how Tom ended up with a destroyed back ?
Anyone know what venue this show was at? Aragon? House of Blues?
Anybody know why they used to play the song up a whole step?
it's easier to sing this way. If a song is a little bit too deep, the singers voice is quieter.
