I went with “smooth 1” for complexion (to avoid the 5 o’clock shadow on the light skinned preset) and tweaked the jaw width, since I went with the light skinned preset. I like many options and tweaks but am baffled why making a feminine looking is so difficult.
Sorry you can't get your gender euphoria man. BG3 is still out there letting you play ladies with tig ole bitties and they just dropped mods for console. I'm sure they'll drop mods for this game soon so you can save Thedas with the jugs you need to feel whole.

I felt exactly the same way. I tried to make the character as feminine as possible. really not easy.

Does the head preset you start from matter?
I'm not sure, but I think so. That's why I prefer to show the starting character at the beginning.
the breast and booty sliders are sad. did it even change anything? maybe ill get this game on PC instead.
Yes, the butt and chest sliders are very limited in the game. it changes a little, but not very much.
