I appreciate your insights. I am new here. I have 10 subs(mostly family who dont like or comment for whatever reason) and 12.5 watch time hours . I released 11 videos and 5 shorts in 3 weeks to sort of get a feel and practice. And to see if I could even edit a video. I can but it's terribly time consuming. I learned to make a quiz short(a trending video maybe). What I should have been able to make in 1 hour took me 2-3 hours. I don't know my niche yet.
Congrats on making it to 865 subscribers! It’s inspiring to see the progress you’re making. What would you say is the biggest game-changer in your strategy?
This video gave me a lot to think about, especially with niche selection! Does anyone have advice on picking a niche that’s not too crowded? Love the insights shared here!
What I hear from others.. Be authentic as possible, and you have to be passionate or really enjoy what it is you are talking about. The passion(or lack there of ) really comes through the camera. So they say.

What I would like to see in your upcoming videos.... Improved audio like a lav mic....More in the background as it is too basic, too sparse.
