About 20 years ago i worked at an exotic animal sanctuary and cared for a beautiful tiger named Bhutan, he was cool, and LOVED to swim, so much that he'd wait impatiently, whining and pawing at the door for the hour a week it took me to clean his pool. He'd play and chase the hose stream around like a big kitty with a laser pointer as i washed out the habitat features every day.

To me, the country's greatest claim to fame is a black butterfly related to the swallowtails called the Bhutan Glory, which I found out about some 50 years ago owing to a relative who was (and probably still is) into entomology. But it took a bit longer to learn what Bhutan itself was.

People always conflate total rain with average rain... Britain isn't considered rainy because it gets a lot of rain each rain, it's considered rainiy because it rains frequently, usually drizzle or similar; monsoons and hurricanes are rarer.
