Hwasa actually has a song with Jessi, they were part a project in which they had to form a girl group long side two other kpop legends, the group was called "Refund Sisters" and Hwasa's name in it was Silbi btw, they changed for the project
Wind Flower was filmed in Hong Kong. The main giveaway (other than the Chinese signage) is the red and white taxis. The music video is inspired by a famous Chinese filmmaker.
"Egotistic" is the second in the 4 seasons project. The album, 'red moon', focused on summer, red and moonbyul (the rapper), hence the passion you feel throughout the song The rest of the project are 'yellow flower', the firsr in the series, about yellow, spring and hwasa, with the title track "starry night". And 'white wind', the last album for it, focusing on white, winter and wheein. The title track is "gogobebe"
"Wind flower" is the third title track in their 4 seasons, 4 colors project they did im 2018 to early 2019. In the span of a year they released 4 albums with each one focusing on a particular season, color and member of the group (by giving her a solo song on the album). "Womd flower" was from the 'blue;s' album about blue, autumn (and loneliness/longing, thus the breakup song) and solar. There's a lot more about all of it, of course, but that's a good intro to it The video was shot in hong kong and is actually a love letter to wong karwai, a well-known hk movie director. Pretty much everything in the mv, from costumes to locations to full scenes, was references to various films of his. The scene with solsr laying her head on moonbyul's shoulder in the car is one of the most recognizable of those, being a scene from the movie 'happy together', a gay romance set against the typical gangster backdrop of many hk films at the time. A still from that scene was even used as the movie's poster
MAMA MAMA MAMAMOO!!! Can't get enough Mamamoo. Keep'em com'in. More Mamamoo, please react to their KILLING VOICE- Perfect harmony, it's a live performance.
For Jessi x Mamamoo, we've gotten as close as Refund Sisters episodes/song from the variety show "How Do You Play" (Jessi and Hwasa), MAMA stage cover of Rain's Ggang (Jessi and Hwasa), Jessi's shorterview episodes with Solar (on twice) and Hwasa, and Solar and Moonbyul on 6th Sense (a variety show that Jessi is a permanent member of)
'Dingga' in korean is...basically strumming a guitar but not playing any real tune. It's apparently often used as just kind of hanging/lazing about The song itself is a covid anthem, talking about being cooped up (hence the vitamin d, something aot have been sorely missing during lockdown) and wanting to see our friends again and just hang out (and get smashed) And yes, "dingga" was the pre-release for the album "aya" was on, so they put a teaser of the latter at the end of the video. There's no continuity between mvs, so no real linking. Despite fans thinking we'd start getting some of that because of the 4 universes thing going on in the "hip" mv
The girl who's rapping with the deep tone is Moonbyul! She's one of the best rappers in Kpop! please react to their solo stuff too. They are all different but so powerful as a group.
Mamamoo 💖 Recently all members have a solo comback with their title track Hwasa I'm a B 💚 Solar Honey💛 Moonbyul Lunatic ❤ Wheein Make me Happy 💜 Moonbyul have an other comeback this 28 april (C.I.T.T) and Hwasa is featured in the new upcoming PSY album this 29 april
