thanks fo this guide, i encountered this error after disassembling for clean our AC but after reassembling this error appeared, after seeing this video, we checked the wire and it turns out we exchanged the red and green wires, since green is normally for ground connection, but for ours, the ground is colored red instead

Önce klima servisi geldi iç ve dış ünitenin bağlantısını yaptı, elektrik bağlantısı için elektrikçinin gelip sigortayla birlikte elektrik bağlantısı yapması gerektiğini söyledi. Bağlantı yapıldı, başta sorun gözükmüyordu 10 dakika sonra EL01 hatası gözüktü. Servisi aradığımda elektrikçinin bağlantıyı yanlış yapmış olabileceğini söyledi. Dış üniteye gidip kabloları kontrol ettim. Solda 4 tane haberleşme kablosu var, onun yanında 2 tane faz ve nötrün bağlanacağı yer var, toprak kablosu ise direkt vidanın altına sarılıp şaseye bağlanıyor. Bu haberleşme kablolarından en sağda olanı sarı, elektrikçi de sarı rengi görünce bunun toprak olduğunu düşünüp sarı haberleşme kablosu ile aynı klemense toprak kablosunu bağlamış. Bu kabloyu çıkarıp servisin söylediği şekilde şaseye bağladım problem çözüldü. Tabi siz yine de tecrübeniz yoksa hatalı bağlantı yapan elektrikçiyi çağırıp hatasını ona düzelttirin.
El01 is communcation error, check the wiring connections. Or the wire as told in the video. Check the polarity of the connection from the electric outlet. If those wires are installed wrong, change it. If still it does not works. Then, it means the problem is in the circuit board. It needs to be fixed.
I also experienced the E1 code of koppel aircon.,this happened after power shortage.,it runs in fan mode but will indicate E1 when I change mode to auto or cool mode., Do you have idea how to repaire this one?
the communication wire has power on both end and doesn't look damaged. same with the power wire. the unit was only 1 month old when this started happening @@forevertechenglish

Mine is Voltas inverter model AC 4years old facing the same EL 01 error in night time, day time it is working fine. What could be the reason?

I replaced indoor board and outdoor board along with the temp sensors on outdoor unit. I am still receiving el 01 error code. Any ideas
