I agree with not starting your day with the news, but avoiding it entirely seems like building a bubble around yourself. I believe it is important to face the suffering in the world and hope to change it, not just shield yourself and ignore it... Something I actually learned from my twin is how to embrace my sadness and anger, and not run from any emotions. “Good vibes only” can be quite toxic and cause people to avoid and spiritually bypass something they need to go through to heal and grow.

In my experience, so far, it’s the seemingly impossible obstacles that tend to crumble unexpectedly, as if the universe is showing us that nothing is impossible.
I am eternally one with my true twin flame. 2 years meeting at 16. Told him at 18 that "My love for you is eternal." 15 years running. Was together for almost 3 that ended in our worst nightmares. We had no idea how to handle the overwhelming emotions. It ended very badly. This video has opened up my heart to so much gratefulness of where he was coming from and how much he tried to change my perspective when I couldn't see it. It breaks my heart even with the overwhelming unconditional love. What he said to me last January was so beautiful and I turned him away because he wouldn't go to therapy with me to help heal some of these child wounds we have. I felt separation was inevitable because he wouldn't try. What I didn't realize was I was putting a spirit of fear and anger out into the universe and it was reacting in kind to give more of what I was manifesting. I last saw him March 1st. We haven't talked since January. He blocked me March 16th with no warning. I have tried to reach out 3 times and nothing. He finally met me in the 5D in February so I know he's awake to it. He talked about our twin flame connection a lot. This is so hard realizing all I did wrong.
Suppose you are the one giving a lot to him. In that case, you have correct, all you must do is follow your passion for figuring out your purpose, do your healing work and shadow work, and your twin flame will return back to you when he has finally finished his karmic lesson that he must experience after cause you hurt, and finally, be ready for this twin flame physical reunion, he will return back to you. Everything manifest inside-out, if you want to be blessed, and feel yourself as blessed already, then the Divine will send you blessings, so on all the other aspects and my recommendation according to my experience for that, writing down five things I am grateful for, five things I already have, writing down five positive things of my current life situation, write down five things I want both make me be a more grateful person for everything I receive from the Divine, and it helps me to change my mindset in a deeper and broader level. I am practicing to do it both morning and evening, and in good times and bad times in my life.

I’m giving up on mine. The pain is too great. My trim snd I were in union but things happened. I have been offered an incredible soul mate relationship to live with. Hope the universe will not be disappointed but after almost five years of pain. ,I want love.
My twin has encouraged me to love all parts about my body without guilt, and that is one part of the best body positivity affirmations she has passed to me. I carry it with me, everyday and this finally allowed me to uplift my self love. And see myself finally, in the ways she would see me too. Now I am taking ownership of my fitness journey, and my mind has been purging the emotions I have been holding onto. And I feel so shocked by my eating habits. It's important, to be mindful of my temple care routines. I stay on top of journaling, and keep up with my multivitamins. If I try to eat fast food, or processed foods my body betrays me. Bubble guts are my worst enemy. Lesson learned lol. And earthing on the beach, and at the park is so liberating. Crying under the moon, is everything. And damn, I'm so pleasantly surprised by the power of this androgynous starseed Earth Angel. She was right, I have badly neglected myself. I'm awake now, I will never sleep on myself again. I adore this conscious work. My blocked chakras, are causing me discomfort vs the pain I started with. No pain, no gain right? However more than necessary to remind me, of the kind of existence I want to thrive in. Instead of trying to get her back, now it's about me getting stage ready and committed to my dance journey. Even just playing a video game with my mom ( which the karmic has been interfering with our wifi and interrupting her game play, and my homework time) has been a wonderful help. It is great to see that you have been to Iceland. I am half Icelandic (top half) and mixed heritage living in the NW of England. My TF lives in Iceland and we have been on and off since 1994. He is currently in a karmic relationship and in love & light is operating from an ego base but I sense great changes. My Kundalini awakening on the 22nd Jan followed with Samhadi and I have been working on specific stages of Merkaba through meditation for the last 12 days. Life is lived a state of serene joy and balance. As a lightworker too, I sense how there is increasing connection (144 thou) and elevation in frequencies as well as synchronicities. I am in no rush for union and see every passing day as a wonderful opportunity for my TF to connect and advance towards his and our mission decreed in our soul contracts.
