You played the whole game as the main protagonist only to end up the end boss, and now you have to take on your own rival, the new hero a battle in which you will not win in the end
Yeah, it’s a boss that has a completely morally right motive to do what they’ve done, but it’s simply too radical and morally questionable of a way of doing it, so the hero has been sent to take them down.

the protagonist of their own story that becomes a boss after standing in your way sounds like a really cool thing to add to a story or game. Not sure if i've seen it somewhere before...
Protagonist is fighting his way through the horde of demons surrounding the Emperors castle. As he cuts his way through enemy after enemy, blood flung to the skies with every swing, his party defending, healing, supporting him along the way. They finally fight against who can only be the Commander of the Armies of Hell. They struggle against him but with a blessing from the groups cleric, the hero uses a smite of divinity to end him. They push past the dark marble doors of the throne room. A velvet carpet, red as blood pools beneath their feet, softening each step. On the throne, Emperor Zigrati Skyfall sits with a greatsword in hand. His eyes lift towards the party. It is time for his final stand.

"Throughout your journey, you faced multiple hardships, fought mercenaries, engaged in fierce skirmishes, shed blood, and lost blood. You grew stronger with every battle." Here's how my thoughts interpret the track: An rpg (not turn based) that has an easy level cap to reach. You have a companion that's been with you since the beginning that was never able to reach the max level cap. They also had a hidden skill that could never be discerned. You play the game like normal. You figure out surefire strategies that usually work. Eventually, you and other companions beat the boss of ultimate evil, the essential final boss. Credits begin to play. Cutscene after cutscene plays about victory and peace being restored. After everything seems to have died down, the long time companion calls you to a large training ground. As the cutscene moves to the training grounds, the credits stop appearing. The credits music also goes silent. They claim to want to have a mock duel. They express frustration at having never been at their best to help with the ultimate evil. But now... they finally have the power. They hit max level after the boss was beaten! And with it, the hidden ability was also revealed. It has no description, no flavor text, just a name. 2X. What could this mean? Sudden, the character sheet appears, showing them with no armor and only a training weapon! You seen the level change from what it was to +1 more, to the max level, with standard stat boosts from the level up. You see the ability then unlock and appear. Then more starts to slowly change. The level suddenly became double of max!! The stats boosted way up from the sudden increase in levels too. But wait, there's more notifications!? Those boosted stats all just got doubled on top of the level ups?! What the heck! All skills became double the levels too!! This has gotta be rigged!! After all the notifications and updates are done, the character sheet fades and the companion says, "Let's fight!" This song starts, along with the credits resuming during the fight. You try to pause, but it doesn't work. You can't change gear or make any changes. No items can be used. The UI elements no longer exist either. They work if you remember the inputs as they were though. you suffer a lot of hits and get downed, but they come to pick you up to continue fight. You notice something through the fight. Your usually strategies aren't working. And any thing else you do two times in a row gets punished. It appears your strategies were learnt by the companion as you played the game and now they can counter them and anything else you do with repetition. Eventually, you get them damaged enough to cause a break in the fight to mention both of your rough childhoods and everything you've been through on the journey(the section of this song that sounds like sad backstory). Now it's time for the last hurrah of the battle, as they pick up the pace. Once you finally reach the final point, they congratulate you and say how happy they were by your side this whole time and the satisfaction of having all this power if the time comes they are needed again. The credits, song, and game ends finally.

It's quite straightforward, and not in a bad way! Don't get me wrong, it's very good, but I believe it could benefit from a simpler melody and slightly more complex harmony (I'm not suggesting a different chord progression but rather adding a few more non-passing notes to the chords to spice them up). Also, this is just my personal opinion, but I think adding a choir with a lot of reverb in some parts would make the track more epic. It's very promising though!
