Here's a new video showcasing my Allen ADC-4600 Theatre Organ! In this performance, I've created a Tower Ballroom Wurlitzer Organ Foxtrot medley of classic songs made famous by Mario Lanza. The medley starts with "Only a Rose," followed by "Be My Love," "Serenade," and finishes with "Arrivederci Roma." These timeless pieces truly come alive on the Theatre Organ, capturing the rich, nostalgic sounds reminiscent of the Tower Ballroom.
Mario Lanza’s music has been a family tradition for generations. My grandparents would often play his records on Sundays, and I was always captivated by the beauty of his voice. My parents passed this love for his music down to me, and now I share it, hoping my sons will continue this musical legacy.
This recording was made using the Theatre Organ in a Box (TOIAB), featuring authentic sounds from the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom Wurlitzer organ. Now, all that's left is to get my Allen Theatre Organ at home to rise out of the floor!
