Quite an odd selection of six persimmons if you were to buy them at the market. If one is to pluck them from their own tree why pluck the little one together with the ripe ones? Waiting until it ripens would be the right thing to do. I can tell how each will taste by just looking at them. Light color ones will taste sandy. Did they all come from the same tree? Maybe the painter actually painted this from imagination, in that case they could all be from a different tree.
