Andy is the most beautiful/soulful player in the world.
Can only be described as a very special moment.
Great tone, just wonderful playing from Andy. I so much prefer artists doing original material vs covers because you really get to know their personality, Andy is such a stylish creative player, love this song.
theres something about a strat that sounds more expressive and has more character than most other guitars to my ears, in the hands of the right player of course.
A Strat really brings a full and deep tone with just the neck pickup engaged.....it can allow for a beefy resonant tone with enough room ambience. It has the right amount of balance of fullness, character, and air that is the perfect platform for a guitarist to create and be expressive. I always wished Gilmour had used it more vs. mostly using just the bridge pickup.
Great artist and great sounding Strat
The crowds reception seemed way off to me. He just played live one of the best guitar instrumentals I’ve heard. Maybe they were wanting him to be shredding, which he can do with the best of them, but the song was already too perfect with out it. The new album Electric Truth is great and a wonderful follow up to Perfect World. Thanks Andy, keep ‘em coming!
Mike Daane is underrated! A Dallas music icon.
I stumbled across Andy from my Tidal subscription, and have become a big fan, hope to see one of his shows one day.
No one plays with heart and soul like Andy.
