We have Urmet Alba M16-4C 4 system installed. Can you share the connection diagram for the outdoor unit? I understand at Ground floor there are 2 power supplies - one AC power supply is for the lock and 2nd DC 12V, 1A power supply is meant for what? Our door sometimes does not open with access card. What could be the problem, if you can guide?
