Fruit has body/muscle ticks, most noticeably on the face sometimes when he's not moving that much, e.g. sitting down/watching a movie. He talked about it on the episode 178 of GG Over EZ, the first 15 minutes or so.

Man. I wish I can get my hands on this. I do have some feedback for the game. Like in the Outworld Map, I wish we'd have our floors highlighted as another colour of our choosing as a Player. So that we can see where the Players are.
If you guys paid attention chaos is different depending on which part of the story your at at the point where you got rid of some and didn't know it got rid of the queens emblem at the top of screen that was chaos and that's when the queens guard ambushes u love watching you guys though can't wait to play myself but do more research and for the love of God use some mercenaries there very powerful aperently
I was kinda hoping for a "they're not a follower! they're a subscriber!" joke when you first got the friend, I was like, oh they're looking for new name! when will it come? so im leaving this comment in the hopes it comes up at some point in the duration of the video.

Nah I've had ticks all my life, they're just sometimes more prevalent than others (the ticks change a lot of times) and recently my facial ticks have just gotten a little worse
