iEX Talks 2022: Future of VA Healthcare: A Point-of-Care Biomanufacturing Hub

At VHA Innovation Experience (iEX) 2022, Kimberlee Potter shares VA’s goals to implement Biofabrication into Point-of-Care by 2030. The four steps to complete this implementation include: internal imaging, reconstructing the body digitally, building the biofabricated parts, and conducting any surgery needed. These goals will not be possible unless the VHA community can build a community of trust. During 2022, the VA Biofabrication Community of Science Virtual Symposium brought all stakeholders together to map our community and identify the priorities for implementing Biofabrication.
