Does that mean London Overground won’t be using platform 1 at Barking anymore or will some trains still use platform 1 but only on peak times.

Nope. Im interested in why H&Cs can’t use platform 1 though, how about they use 3 and 1 instead of blocking district lines by terminating on platform 2
