Actually, the adjustments on the corners do change the core magnets, it’s just that they also added different magnets you can replace as well. So basically, there are 6 core magnetic settings(7 if you include removing them). This makes 4 versions * 24 core settings * 7 magnetic settings = 672 COMBINATIONS! that’s crazy
I’m pretty sure the corner and edge magnets aren’t actually adjustable, I think the different Corner core magnets (Triangle, and Hexagon) are different strengths. For example the Triangle is stronger and Hexagon is lighter, then the adjustment in the corner is to adjust the corner core magnets even further. So similar to the blue nuts in the centers where the light blue one is 1 and 3 Center piece travel distance and the dark blue nut is 2 and 4. So for the magnets, the triangle shape one could be a 2, 4, and 6 strength magnets depending on whether the corner adjustment is on 1, 2, or 3 and the Hexagon could be a 1, 3, and 5 strength magnets once again, depending on the corner adjustment level. The best 5x5s right now are the MGC, Valk and Aochuang WRM. The Valk is not very fast, but very stable, the WRM is flexible but way faster than the Valk, and the MGC is just a middle ground.
I have one very big question, we are calling this gan 11 so we should call gan xs the "gan 10 s" as the x is for the Roman numeral 10, and this is what apple did for iPhone x

I had to super glue the adjustable mags in the xs pretty much out the box because they won't stay in the settings I chose. Hope the pro doesn't have this problem
