Actually, the adjustments on the corners do change the core magnets, it’s just that they also added different magnets you can replace as well. So basically, there are 6 core magnetic settings(7 if you include removing them). This makes 4 versions * 24 core settings * 7 magnetic settings = 672 COMBINATIONS! that’s crazy

If you like the 11 m pro more than your jperm xs, here’s my advice..
Put the center cap on your jperm xs and put it on the 11 m pro

I just ordered the Gan 11 M Pro from sCs, I got the black internals with frosted plastic, can't wait!
For anyone who doesn't understand the corner core magnet thing, it basically provides a consistent pull throughout your turn instead of snapping in place like the corner edge. cyoubx has a video that goes into detail
I’m pretty sure the corner and edge magnets aren’t actually adjustable, I think the different Corner core magnets (Triangle, and Hexagon) are different strengths. For example the Triangle is stronger and Hexagon is lighter, then the adjustment in the corner is to adjust the corner core magnets even further. So similar to the blue nuts in the centers where the light blue one is 1 and 3 Center piece travel distance and the dark blue nut is 2 and 4. So for the magnets, the triangle shape one could be a 2, 4, and 6 strength magnets depending on whether the corner adjustment is on 1, 2, or 3 and the Hexagon could be a 1, 3, and 5 strength magnets once again, depending on the corner adjustment level.

I can tell I’ve gotten better since I started watching these vids because now I can actually tell what algs he’s doing when he’s testing out the cube😂
I think the triangle shape has 1’ 3’ 5’ in strength which you can change at the adjustment on the corner piece, then 2’ 4’ 6’ magnet strength on hexagon shape. Remember theres an adjustment at the corner piece. And i think the tightest are the lower numbers, or which is going right (3 at the adjustment setting)

The best 5x5s right now are the MGC, Valk and Aochuang WRM. The Valk is not very fast, but very stable, the WRM is flexible but way faster than the Valk, and the MGC is just a middle ground.

I love GAN's innovation.
The corner magnet adjustment moves the corner magnet stock closer and farther from the core magnets. You can't change the strength of the little corner magnets under the primary plastic.

I just got mine today. I had to get used to how papery it feels at first. Might be a break-in thing. I didnt think the core magnets did anything useful until I started spamming a few U turns. Noticed that I can do perfect single turns every time. All other magnet cubes have a tendency to slightly misalign in a local minimum every 10th turn or so. This is pretty cool. Not sure what jperm will do, but this might become my main.
