Isn´t Terminus always better than Black Cleaver now? Especially for Garen? More Armor reduction, bigger atttack speed, bonus damage. I think Garen use all these stats.
i had 80% win rate with garen (about 70 games), went from bronze to esmerald with him, but now I don't know how to build anymore and his gameplay looks kinda "stucked"

that cool but its not the most dmg garen can do with one Q in the pbe right now and still have so much hp in the sametime
