Great show. I really enjoyed the part about Clifton. He was a great man and teacher. I met him at a hammer in when I was first getting into the craft. He didn't like the hammer I was using so he reached into his box of tools and gave me one of his. I still have it. He would often visit our local guild meetings.

I am fortunate enough to know and learn/work with one of Clifton's students, Kurt Ferhenbach. Kurt introduced me to a gentleman that had Clifton's 250# Murray that I now own. It meant a lot to me to be able to keep a little Indiana history, in Indiana.

Fun to hear some of the names mentioned, I was active in NWBA in the '80's, and conferences, just a treat to walk along memory lane, Thanks for sharing, EZ

There's a lot of folks in my blacksmith club who've known Bob for a long time. Upper Midwest Blacksmith Association. I've only recently joined in late 2021 so I've never met the legend. Did you just take a tour of Scott Forge with Bob and a fine gentleman named Pat N.?

That quote from your mother comes from Robert Burns', "Gift to a Louse".
