Europe is where all the best players play pro ball and since every European country has its own pro league, the champions league is used to determine who the best team is by getting the best teams from each of the countries and they use the same format the NBA is using for the cup. It’s actually pretty huge, so much so that the champions league finals apparently has significantly more viewers than even the Super Bowl.
It’s stupid if it’s only involved NBA. They should involve the Canadian and Mexican League too or even the D League tk give everybody a shot like the UEFA Cup and Ligue de Champions
This should really just be single elimination, maybe have the first 5 games but then start the eliminations with the top two in the five facing off. I dunno, the Celtics played excellently, lost one game by 1 point, and got eliminated.
