Excellent question. It exists, but its not something that is easily configurable. Youd have to start from 0, you need several additional VMs to act as authorities, especially considering PKI will be a part of it, you will need a dedicated policy manager, etc. Lots of work has to go into configuring such a complex system, it is not even mentioned in this video.
