Knallerfrauen is a sketch comedy TV series, broadcasted by Sat.1. Martina Hill slips into different roles and plays characters in everyday situations, while parodying well-known clichés about women. Sometimes as sexy “femme fatale”, sometimes as the embarrassing best friend, always leading her roles ad absurdum in an inappropriate and unashamed way. Chaotic, self-ironic, uncontrollable and - most of all - unbeatable funny… this is what all “Knallerfrauen” have in common. Instead of eternal long monologues she uses her own, hilarious visual language to create great, situational comedy.
The Newspaper “Der Spiegel” was correct in calling her the “most funny woman on german television”.
Actor Marc Benjamin Puch is also part of the series, who mostly functions as boyfriend, mere acquaintance or neighbor. Maja Beckmann, Matthias Deutelmoser, Michael Krabbe, Anna Schäfer, Jasper Smets, Claus Dieter Clausnitzer, Peggy Lukac, Maurizio Magno and Lara Sophie Schmitz complete the “Knallerfrauen” ensemble.
