He is promising to spend every holiday together with him, as a brother would. However, unlike a brother, he is saying that if/after Wu Bi gets married, he won't spend the holidays with him. This could be because nuclear families are more important in Chinese culture or it could be because it is his way of saying, if you get a girl and marry her, I won't be around.
I think he means the latter.

In the first part of this Episode 13 I find very interesting that after the talk with DUO DUO at the end of Episode 12 SU YU also breaks the 10 year promise of fulfilling their wishes not only to change his own wish, but to find out what WU BI wrote. 5:19 From his surprised and happy face we can tell that WU BI's wish is something that moved SU YU deeply. These new informations combined with his own certainty that WU BI is not really into YE Wangyin, and after realizing his own feelings let him set himself clearly free of her for good at 9:17
The second part focus on finding out part of the truth involving WU BI's mother death. This information is another KEY issue in this REMAKE Version of the story, and will also give SU YU some power over his own despicable mother in the long term. Finding out the statue WU BI said to be so similar to SU YU, and finding out that he truly is the model for it connected to WU BI's mother holds a strong symbolic and emotional medium from now on.
After gathering all these parts of the puzzle of his own emotional development, and without any signs of WU BI coming back SU YU realizes that he has to make the reconciliation move once again. Leaving his own family Festival celebration to go and spend it together with WU BI marks the complete surrender of SU YU to WU BI. Important in this line is the "until you get married" part... since it implies the feeling of "as long as you want ME", and "as long as I remain YOUR main family"...! Also.. since there is no legal same-sex marriage SU YU would still always be together with WU BI. This second reunification levels them both into a new peak of their love for each other. Going thru the YE Wangyin "affair" helped them both to clear up their mutual feelings. After this reunion, and from now on, only "death can do them apart".
And yet... our WU BI becomes openly shameless and jealous of anyone trying to be too close with SU YU.... 🤪😂😂😂

You just summarized the whole Episode and while others say that 13 is the most unluckiest/cursed Episode in almost all BL Series (Due to most series have 14 Ep only, and Climax Episode is 13 before the Ending). But in this Episode is the BEST ONE. C BL is really Something, they have this not charm like the other BL Series, but the IMPACT to really make you feel warm, make you feel deep in though and make you binged to the series.

I also think that Chinese BL productions have very deep storylines, and those with long development like "Word Of Honor" and "Advance Bravely" are amount the greatest ever made... and that without a single erotic scene. It is good to have this new long production and to see that it hasn't loose that deepness the previous artworks had over the years.

I think it's because so far it's been subtle in romance. No hand holding, open confession, or a kiss yet. So it does feel like a bromance in a way like in this version the conflict of being step brothers might be a thing but I haven't finished the series yet.

解读下剧里他们三个人埋在树下的纸条的内容：在第19集给苏御过生日的时候朵朵念的诗其实基本已经把纸条的内容给透露了
“如果大海深处有一个木箱，一定写着一个愿望，希望我们永远在一起。”这块有隐喻，大海深处指的就是吴比心里，说这段的时候给了吴比的近景镜头看着苏御，木箱就是指他们埋在树下的箱子，永远在一起就是吴比写的要跟苏御在一起，后面车祸预告也提到了苏御在喊“你不是说要永远在一起吗”能佐证。
至于苏御后改的愿望推测可能跟吴比或者他自己的梦想有关系，因为如果是看到吴比纸条后他也写在一起首先有点重复而且不太符合苏御性格，很大可能是希望吴比能实现航天员梦想，总之箱子纸条后面还会再提，这是重要的伏笔和细节。
