Every Trial need Full moon
You don't need to have all v3 race to awake one race
Trial requirement :
Full moon
3 player with different races
use your race skill in front of the door at the same time
How to get race v4 (After you pulled the lever)
1. Do the First trial in "Full moon" and get your first gear (I)
2. Talk to the red head essence (Ancient One) to accept the quest
Quest - use your awakening skill 3 times until you returning normal form OR active it for 3 minutes
after that talk the red head essence (Ancient One) again pay 1,000 fragments and go on your trial for Gear (II)
3. After the trial talk to the red head essence (Ancient One) to accept the quest again
Quest - use your awakening skill 5 times until you returning normal form OR active it for 5 minutes
after that talk the red head essence (Ancient One) again pay 1,500 fragments and go on your trial for Gear (III)
4. After the trial talk to the red head essence (Ancient One) to accept the quest again
Quest (1/3) - use your awakening skill 5 times until you returning normal form OR active it for 5 minutes
after that talk the red head essence and pay 2,000 fragments
Quest (2/3) - use your awakening skill 5 times until you returning normal form OR active it for 5 minutes (2:31)
after that talk the red head essence and pay 2,250 fragments
Quest (3/3) - use your awakening skill 10 times until you returning normal form OR active it for 10 minutes (3:50)
after that talk the red head essence and pay 2,500 fragments and go on your trial for Gear (IV)
Total number of fragments used
Gear II - 1,000F
Gear III- 1,500F
Gear IV - 6,750F
Last training sessions (5/5) - 17,500F
= 26,750F per race

I don’t know if this is 100% accurate but it looks like you can train your race awakening ahead of time. I had only did the first initial trial to get my v4 awakening and then kind of gave up for a while because I couldn’t find anyone else to do trials with. In the in between time, I had been farming a lot for bones at haunted castle and using my v4 when ever it was ready. I also use my Buddha fruit during raids and would awaken my V4 there as well. Finally two of my buddies got their blue gears and were ready to do their first trial and I was able to go in for the next trial no problem all I had to do was pay the Frags. Same thing with getting my third gear. All I had to do was go to red orb and pay and frags and he said I was ready for my next trial. So if you want to make it a little bit easier after you get your initial awakening just take some time and basically farm awakenings on either NPC’s or players. Since the training is based off of the amount of time you have used your awakening, you can pre-farm versus waiting to train after each gear. This allowed me to go into the trials back to back. Of course, this only works if the other players have also done their training as well.
Which means, we just have to use our awakening over and over again so that we don't have to undergo training to the ancient one? Like, we can just buy it instantly using frags since we already did a lot of awakenings? If yes, I think thats pre-training.

4. Do the trial for each race here the list

🤖(cyborg) dodge bomb
😡(human) kill boss
5. Free for all the last to be alive win
6. Follow white orb
7. Go to the clock tower
8. Talk to red orb
9. Finish training (from the information i got)
First trial (0 gear) you unlock your v4
Second trial unlock "2" gear need to active awakening 3 time (cost 1000 frag)
Third trial unlock "gear 3" need to active awakening 7 time (cost 1500 frag)
Forth trial unlock "gear 4" there is total 3 training sessions
1. First training 3 awakening cost 2000 fragment
2.second training 5 awakening cost 2250 fragment
3. Third training 7 Awakening cost 2500 fragments
After done with "gear 4" need to pay 3000 fragment
Fifth trial unlock "gear 5" there is total 4 training sessions or 4
1. First training 5 awakening cost 3250 fragment
2.second training 7 awakening 3500 fragment
3. Third training 9 Awakening 3750 fragment
4. Forth training 11 Awakening 4000 fragment
And please for every training section when you press the awakening button Don't reset it won't count
10. Repeat the step to get all gear
11. Last step enjoy your race awakening
Little information
For fifth or last trial there is 2 dialog both have the same quest like the above
4 this dialog for wing race like cyborg/ghoul/angel
4 training sessions this dialog for shark/human/rabbit
Total awakening active = 57 total race awakening skill
Total fragment need = 26.750 fragments
And last thing you can only max 1 passive (max lvl 2)
There is total 2 passive per race, and only 1 passive you can max
If you want to change it do the trial again and win the pvp

This is kinda messed up when u get ur first gear it's actually the first ever gear u egt to unlock ur v4 transformation which means gear 0 is actually gear 1 and gear 2 costs 1.5k frags not the third

you can do the quests that takes like 10 minute or above by awakening the amount of the minute for example if the quest takes 13 minute you can do it by awakening 13 times

Stage 5's purpose is to increase the duration of your transformations, as well as the speed at which your meter fills up. Fully maxing out your transformation extends the duration of the player's Race Awakening to approximately 1 minute and 50 seconds (without taking or dealing damage).
Once the player reaches this stage, their transformation will be faster.
