Another Japanese TH-cam poster, nimo5, just recently posted two really beautiful videos of fall foliage along the JR West Hakubi Line. The beautiful fall foliage is why a lot of Japanese go visit the countryside, and trains that go out into the countryside can get packed on weekends.

I use Google Translate to translate the Heading and some of the comments to help me figure out where these are. Once you have the starting point, you can follow along with GoogleEarth and click on the "Station" symbols and click on more details to get the Station Names in English. It is quite challenging at first and then it becomes second nature to come up with some neat details of the trip and surrounding countryside. Stick pins in GoogleEarth to show the station names.

I've seen HD videos on TH-cam from Osaka to Demachiyanagi Station, but from Demachiyanagi to Kurama Station, this is a first. ^_^

修学院から乗り込んできた声の運転手知ってる。たまに見る。言い方が悪いけど愛想がなく、何となく高圧的な言い方してるからあまり好かない💦
(名前は出せませんが高身長でメガネかけておられる人)なんかいつも機嫌が悪そうな感じで朝の通勤時にこの声聞いたらやたら気分悪くなる💦
ちなみに一乗寺～修学院間にご近所さんの自宅が見える！住まいはこの近く。
