Much needed for iob users like me. What a well designed and clean app. Icici and hdfc app should learn from this simple app. Appreciate the product manager for the witful thinking and addressing consumers pain point. Jai jawaan jai kisaan!!!!

*Bro I'm unable to do the mobile banking after the recent update..every time when I register it shows system error. Not accepting my a/c number, but before I was doing mobile banking very smoothly*
This may be because your mobile number probably linked with more than one Customer ID. You may contact your branch for resolution.

How do someone from outside India (UK) uses this App, doesn't recognise the length of mobile No. when I try to login. IOB online website is like something from the 90's. Time to redesign IOB. Very user unfriendly too.

Only SIM with registered mobile number in bank account can be used.

Yes active debit card is required to generat mPIN. If you don't have one you can get the help of your branch. :)

Is there option for transactions with out atm card?
All transactions made through Mobile Banking chaanel dose not require ATM card. Only Generation or Resetting of mPIN requires ATM details.

Mobile Banking and Internet Banking are seperate services in IOB. Internet Banking to be registered seperately.

There is no login ID for Mobile Banking. Only SIM verification is done and Passcode & mPIN used for login & transaction.
