They are Cambodian refugees in France, survived after Pol Pot regime, that's no exact band name. But some songs similarly to Asian nation that time.

this is the first Hard Rock Guitar Band after the Killing Fields, PLUS the
year we Sorl Pee Ngop and Rort Chorl Srok, they played originally the best most
Lok Hour Lavy songs like Teuk Ho, Mouy Reatry Neuk Teh Oun, Keng Yorl Sop,
my favorite favorite Prordal Serey and lottttt more ...
