I was only 11 when I visited Mecca and Medina. It was a really emotional moment for me. When I first saw the Kaaba, I cried imdually and had beautiful, indescribable feelings. I remember when we first visited , we would often go to pray separately, so my mom would tell me if i get lost , don’t panic and stay right under the mecca tower because it was visible from literally everywhere, and it worked everytime😭

I came back to my country from umrah few days ago. I still feel the way it felt back in macca & madina, still dreaming about that time & praying to visit there again & again. Best times of this short human life.
It Will be more crowd than usual in Mecca during Ramadan, almost similar like hajj's period/time. Alhamdulillah I did umrah during Ramadan and it's so amazing, you should spend a whole day in Masjidil Haram (where the Kabba placed), also trying break fasting (you should!) there

Back in 2017, i was blessed By Allah subhan wa ta'llah with pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina.
With my maternal grandparents.believe me brother it totally changed my life . I can't forget that sight when i first saw Holy Kaabah and first visited Holy Rawdah of Holy Prophet peace be upon him.

Those are umbrellas that are in the surrounding of the Prophet's mosque (Masjid AnNabawee). They are opened up during the day so that they can provide shade and protection from the sun for those who pray outside. It's to accommodate the hundreds of pilgrims, especially during hajj, who are unable to go inside the mosque building.

The umbrella is there for shade when it is really hot there, especially during the summer. They are developing the place to make it easier for people. Before the floors weren't tiled and the space where you do the back-and-forth run was something you had to climb.
So they are just making it easier for people (physically reduce exhaustion) and also for people who require wheelchair access.
Alhamdulillah, I went to Umrah once and it was a great feeling
