This is a 2-3 month hair style for me 🥴🤣💯
@A Vibe Called Yes™ okaayyyy PERIODT literally all that in order ! Then take it out and slap a good ol deep DEEP conditioner up in that mug 😌🤣🤣🤣👌🏽✨
@@avibecalledyespresh this might have to be my plan for the summer because a bitch is TIRED. 😂
Omg 2-3 months how does it last that long are yall braiding it in or crochet
@@ramonakeith80 braid in. Just wash and condition, and refresh the perimeter as needed. 👍🏾 Kinky styles age like wine anyway. 😂
Ima do this. Keep it in for 3 months and do them small. Hopefully they don’t try to lock up lol.
You saved me last year for my vacation. I did this three times last year and everyone told me my 66 year old self looked good with twists. I mostly did half up or down. My hair still felt moisturized when I took it down. Thank you for continued instruction and encouragement during your beauty and style videos. God Bless !
This makes me so happy to hear 🥺❤️ I bet you looked amazing!!! These twists have become a staple for us both! Yes, having moisturized hair at the takedown is the best part 🙌🏽 thank you SO much for your continued support, I hope this video added something extra!!!
Best tutorial I’ve come across. Thanks for explaining twisting the hair in the right direction
This was really helpful, especially the twisting direction. I have been twisting it the wrong way and I would always wonder why it doesn't look clean😂.
Omg I was twisting it the wrong way tooooo for literally 2 years I’m so glad she made this bc NOBODY SAYS IT
If you twist left over right, you'll also have to reverse the directions that you're twisting the hair in, if that makes sense. But it IS possible to achieve a clean, tight twist using left over right.
So I’ve been doing twists wrong all this time! 😂🤦🏽♀️ No wonder they always unraveled. Thanks for much for the tip about the direction of twisting!
Thanks again for the tutorial. I did this style on myself and it took 14 hours, 29 minutes, and 34 seconds. It turned out amazing but definitely took a long time. Hopefully, I can become faster as I keep doing this style
Mines took 6-7 hrs for the whole process including the pre parting and separating the braiding hair, twist itself shouldnt take too long unless you were taking alot of breaks and stuff
@@Boss_etc853 I didn't pre-part and I separated as I went. I can't pre-part to save my life. I took breaks but I paused my timer and unpaused when I resumed. Next time, I will try to pre-part but this time, I did it how Jayla did in the video, free parts.
It was my first time doing this style so I had to redo the first twist like 667 times lol
Thank you for showing this entire process from start to finish including the takedown and details on the hair. You're the Best!❤
I love how you answered every question, I could think of in the video. I can’t wait to install these.
I really tried!! If you think of anything, please let me know. I hope you love them 🫶🏽
this was such a thorough video from the products used, to how many packs of hair you used and how many times you separated each strand, and most importantly you clearly showed how you plaited the outre hair with your natural hair and how to take it down. there's another creator on here whose tutorial was the only one to ever get me to understand how exactly to 'twist' and i am so grateful to her and you for your work which encourages me to try it out for myself. everyone praises this hairstyle for being one of the biggest contributors to their hair growth and i for one have never been a person to swap out hairstyles often and just stick to a low puff which is receding my hairline and just getting plain old basically so hairstyles like this that are stylish, has longetivity and can grow my hair is very much needed. also, i thankfully do twist with my right hand anyway but does twisting inwards or outwards matter? I find twisting outwards is much easier for me tbh
Girl! This is gold 😩. I just started my natural hair journey and this is saving me
Ever since watching the first video I alwayssssss do this style! Lightweight, protective, and easy to style! Love it! 🤎
Thank you so much for explaining that key step! (twist direction) and showing the results of both!
Thanks so much for posting this tutorial! I’ve been on a mini twist journey for the last 6 months and decided to try this on my hair last night. Love the final look! Can’t believe I did it myself and didn’t have go to a salon! 🙌🏾❤️
Love this. I’m a lazy girl there will be no specific perfect parting for mines lol but the ease you showed of getting them in and out is priceless ❤
Thank you!!! Lol same here 😂 if there’s an easier way with parting I’m taking it! So glad you enjoyed ❤️
I currently have medium sized twists in my hair with this same type of hair . I love how it blends with my hair. It’s been a month and like you said you can’t tell me this isn’t my hair !
I’ve been loving this mini twist trend, but I’m afraid to try it with my natural hair. I’m definitely going to try it by adding a small piece of this hair since I have 2 unopened packs left. Thank you .❤
Thank you for being so descriptive! Especially in the pre-parted sections/freestyled parts. That’s way more manageable for me. Bless 😊
i love this so much . literally all the information in one video instead of gatekeeping it . and it was definitely explained well.❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been trying for the life of me to get my twists to stop looking so flat, and that right over left tip did t. Thank you so much! Now my hair’ll finally be bouncy :)
They look so cute.
Love how you achieved this style!! Learning how to do protected styles after a rather pricey yet beautiful knotless box braid style. Thank you for this tutorial!!
I just love doing this bc it give my hair a rest for a few weeks and give a lil length bc my hair likes to revert like I have nothing despite being mid back length. Thanks for the updated tutorial ❤
I can’t wait to tryout this hairstyle!! You make it look so easy. I know my struggle comes with parting but you addressed that so I’m game!
Girl! This was excellent. You told me everything I needed to know and nothing I didn’t. And you did it efficiently. I loved this. Thank you so much.
The details you gave! What your natural hair looks like, how many twists you did, the comparison of the neat twist and the janky twist, all of it! Subscribed ❤
Thank you girl. Everything i wanted to know, you answered it.
Thank you for saying the total number of twists. I usually do 50-60 twists/braids/locs approximately 12-15 twists per quarter. But I am thinking of doing 75-100 on my head this time. Trying to figure out the parting in the back is the most time consuming part for me.
Parting is the hardest part for me. I don't know why I can't do them evenly. SMH
Thank You So Much For This Tutorial Queen! ❤👑🙏🏾
Thank you so much for this video! Straight to the point and answered all the necessary questions. I bought several of these packs of hair on Amazon today. Plan on doing this style in a few weeks 😊
I’ve used this exact hair and I have split it into 4 and 8 pieces from one strand. My hair was so fluffy and full. I only used one pack too. It’s such a fabulous deal
Since you split it in to 8 pieces, how many twists did you have roughly? Like 150 twists?
Thank you for saying the direction you were twisting in I couldn’t figure out which way was the best initially!
Thank you for this tutorial sis! I'm a new second mom and haven't had the time to get my hair done and treated, but this hairstyle will save me much time in getting ready for the day. I didn't know about twisting the hair right over left to get the clean look I desire, thanks for that bonus tip. Much love Courtney
Thank you and congratulations, mama 🤗🤗 I hope you love this style and hopefully it saves you some time day to day. I really appreciate you watching and commenting ❤️
Hands down the most detailed videos I’ve ever seen! I’m trying this for Jamaica! Thank you soooooo much for your video! 🥰
Thank you for this! I’ve wanted to do this style in a mini twist version but couldn’t figure out how much hair to use for each twist. Your hair looks amazing! ❤
This is literally my go to it’s so lightweight and cute! I’ve always split it into 3 but I’m going to split it into four this time!
Sooo lightweight, you can barely feel it 🙌🏽 Ooh I love how splitting it into 3 sounds! I actually wanna do even smaller sections next time. Let me know how you like it splitting into 4!
@@jaichanellie OoooOoo even smaller sections?! 👀 Im dying to know what that would look like! I just realized I have this hair & started playing in the mirror. Wish me luck… you are a life saver! 🤗
Best Tutorial ever🎉
They best tutorial I've seen for this style! Very clear and detailed, answering all my questions before even having to ask in comments. Thank you and keep up the beautiful work! :)

Great job! Beautiful!
Thank you so much for this easy-to-follow tutorial and great tips. And thank you for also including a quick tutorial about how to take it down. I can't wait to try this. My hair is fine, so I love that you split each strand into four. I think that will work better for my hair.

Guurrrrllll explaining which direction to twist the hair was the BEST ADVICE! I was about to give up! 😂 Thank you soo much!!
Good job, thanks for allllll the details from installation to take down.
I’m definitely doing this on me and my daughters hair
Your twists are the 💣! See why they are also called bomb twists!...looks so nice on you! Thanks for the video!
Thank you for this 🙂🌻
SO DETAILED. The other day I was wondering how they twist that way until I accidentally twisted my natural hair like this in error and it actually held on tighter than the old way, I was surprised. I feel like every time I learn a new style its by accident while trying to do something else. I am going to try this still and post it on my Pinterest account. LOVE IT GIRLFRIEND😘😘😘😘
Very thorough and clear tutorial / instructions👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you for sharing been doing my twist for a year and never got after looking at your video and trying it out I got that perfect twist 🎉
I’ve been using this hair for 5 months & it’s my fav. It’s soft & feels very light. I love it✨
Ty girly bc last time I did this it was horrible, I didn’t know there was a way to NOT twist! I will update
thank you for your time and pointers
I love doing these! I voted it best style of 2022 and I'm glad to see it again! I'm sure I'll be installing soon myself 😂
@@NeliaBedilia THANK YOU!!! I’m excited for the next set, I’ve been on TikTok learning the hacks and whatnot
So cute 😍
I recently picked up this hair at the hair store not knowing what to do with it really, then this video popped up. Guess I know my next style 😊 thanks for posting
Great job Sis, this is a really thorough video! I'm so glad I found you! 😊
This was so helpful thank you!
Thank you ! I knew I was doing something wrong…. Getting ready to try twisting right hand over left now … thank you!
Thanks, sis, very detailed and to the point.
So beautiful ❤️
I think I can do it this way now, your video is so detailed
This was easy to follow and I love my twists ❤
Still one of the best Spring twist videos ou there. aThe twist from right to left hack for twist uniformity is groundbreaking 😂. The best 🙂❤
Love it!
Excellent video! Very thorough.
I'm getting ready to do these in my hair and I must say that your delivery is impeccable from displaying what happens if i twist the wrong way to the hack for the take down. I've watched multiple videos to make sure I am ready and yours is that best. Thanks and I will now be subscribing to your chanel.
I used one pack and split the hair in 2 to twist and it look so nice thanks for the tutorial
Love the way you explain step by step did all of the back of my 8 yr.old granddaughter hair after looking at your page I have to take the back down was going the wrong way 🤣 thank u for explaining the right was to do it ! 👍🏾
This was definitely easy and seamless, thank you❤
Thanks for this vid sis, I'm just waiting for my shine and jam order from Amazon to try this mini twist style. Im really bad at doing my own hair but im a give it ago with your tutorial method 🙏🏾 for me.
I love this video so easy and simple 💓😩
Thank you thank you. I've been screwed up my twists for years and I didnt think to twist them the other way. Its uncomfortable for me but the twists came out great. Big hugs sweetie
Every question I thought I had you answered I love your video thank you so much ❤❤❤
Tysm for this video! For anyone skeptical, 💯 worth the time it takes to install! Super flattering and will my go to style moving forward! Taking down 143 twists today after 10 weeks. Really ages well but recommend 8 weeks max esp if you wash at 4-5wks. Also lol listen to her and freestyle your parts in the back and middle

I know this is hella old in TH-cam time but I've had this style multiple times and in my experience: Yes you can get it wet, some of your natural hair may become more poofy or begin to stick out of the twists but it's super easy to tuck back in and will not look very obvious because of how natural the extensions are. I've also washed my hair multiple times with these twists in and both times it worked perfectly. Just be gentle and make sure to dry your scalp!
What length did you use?
