How much more does mods bring to the game? I'm not sure if the console versions ever will support mods, but I also don't have a proper gaming pc (yet) to play this game.
The mods can go from bringing in cars that were supposed to be in the Game, add new cars or even just improve stuff in the game, hell it may even add more stuff that we weren't or got cut from the final product.
