Somewhere in TH-cam land, there's an impromptu collab with HF and Sawyer Brown recording of this song. It was backstage at the Grand Ole Opry. Sawyer Brown was ready to steal Adam Rupp after hearing him beatbox!
That was Sami, Chance's lovely wife. She's a petite beauty. I think they were engaged at time of filming this. Have been married for a few years now. Sami does a lot of photography for HomeFree and a lot of the visuals on Chances videos are from Sami.
The inserted background lyrics "Turn the radio up..." are from their rendition of "Cruise". The "Some Girls Do" video is a fun song that highlights Adam Chance's beautiful voice. When Home Free does their all-vocal thing, I completely forget that there are no instruments involved. Their sound is so full and rich; and the bonus is you never have to strain to hear the lyrics over instruments. Gail L.
I really like Home Free's cover of this catchy song. Chance does a great job taking the lead. Cute seeing his fiancée (now wife) in this one. Adam's beatboxing is awesome in this one as usual. And the rest of the guys in the background rounding it out with their harmonies.
That's a porch fridge, used mainly for outdoor drinks like beer and sodas. It's a Southern thing. I used to see this at my grandparents place in Texas ever summer. A lot of the pictures and videos of the guys backstage are taken by Sami Matarante, Chance's wife. She's in their video MR doing her job taking pictures of the guys when they enter the venue and later in the corridor with Amberly. If you've seen their video Flowers on the Wall you'll recognize the flowers behind Chance as the jacket Sami's wearing here.
It’s a fun song. Yes, that’s Sami, Chance’s now wife. If you want to see Tim’s wife Jenika, try Die a Happy Man……it’s a great song and each member gets to sing. It shows a reenactment of Tim’s place of proposal to Jenika.
There is a live video of Home Free singing this live with Sawyer Brown backstage at the Grand Ol' Opry: th-cam.com/video/hFusW0Z-vsU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=uAzc1y2aUSQA35ka - it's just terrific. I don't know about the other vehicles but Austin usually seems to drive a blue pickup.
Love that performance! I'm a big Sawyer Brown fan for many years now. Loved seeing them perform this without mikes...they sounded amazingly good. All pros...you can tell. Thanks for sharing the link.🥰
Love this one. Thanks for the Home Free reactions

Some of the background vocals are lyrics from other songs that they’ve done.

Nobody is the same as Tim when it comes to resonance in the bass register....nobody. That said, Chance does an admirable job of singing down there.
I love it when the guys have family in their videos!
Me too Jeanne, it shows a different side of them😌
This is my favorite Chance lead!! & Adam tears
UP the beatboxing! ❤❤
Love this song so much. Chance is so awesome! Love your reaction!
