A Skill Cold outburst só vai ficar boa como no vídeo, após o awakwening, que daí eliminara o cooldown. De início, pode ir com rapid shot+frost shok, e illusion axe para te proteger dos mob que chegam muito perto

como devo começar a construir meu personagem para bater assim?

E pode utilizar persistence, pq build de crítico só fica boa no end game, e persistence mantém uma média de dano muito boa
