There are 2 things that are pretty unfair about Augran and honestly should be nerfed in some ways : 1. If you noticed, his Skill 1 starts counting down as soon as he starts using it, not when he used the 2nd phase or when its duration ended. 2:41 is a good example, so effectively his Skill 1 CD is ONLY 5 SECONDS AT EARLY GAME. Meanwhile, Li Bai's Skill 1's CD won't starts counting down until he used the 3rd phase, so its CD is effectively much longer than it should. That doesn't sounds fair to me. 2. His basic atk still going EVEN WHEN HE'S STUNNED. This game doesn't have that many examples (due to the lack of CC on Kyoui's enemies), but 8:53 will do. Notice how Kyoui's attack STILL CONNECTED AND HEAL HIM through Yuhuan's brief stun ? So even CC isn't as clear-cut as it should be to counter Augran since he'd still be able to attack or even worse, heal through Skill 2
Another issue on Augran's kit is his basic atk, which is really misleading between skill infos and in-game. What i mean is, If you pay close attention, his basic atk deals 8 instances of dmg for each "cycle". The problem with that is both the dmg and heal that are shown from his kit DIDN'T SCALE DOWN BASED ON THAT. That means his basic atk doesn't deal 50% phys dmg per seconds, but it's ON EACH DMG INSTANCES. Even worse, that means his Skill 2's, which has a "small" 1,5% extra HP scaling, heals him 8 TIMES PER CYCLE ON 1 TARGET. To put it simply, his basic atk mechanic is probably the culprit for all of his brokeness, all because it procs way too often. Compare that to Nezha, the reason why Nezha's burn dmg from his Skill 1 doesn't feel broken is because it only PROCS ONCE PER SECONDS. Meanwhile, Augran could procs both his basic atk dmg AND heals multiple times in 1 second, ALL WITHOUT ANY OF THEM BEING SCALED DOWN
0:55 I definitely feel that, especially about Arthur. Idk why, but lately he's being picked in like half of my games. It's like all of those Allain and Biron players from 1-2 months ago just changed their mind out of nowhere and picked Arthur now (like, seriously, i barely see any Allain and Biron now). No problem for me though, since i always picked Revenge Li Xin into him and enjoy pressuring him AND his turrets the entire game
I think building doomsday as a first item, then finishing the jungle item is the best. Of course you get the main jungle component that stacks to 15 before it. Doomsday helps with his early mid game damage and he's still tanky as shit after the fact. You can always swap doomsday out for blazing cape late game once you have full build to fully utilise the item's passive. Doomsday's item passive is just way more useful with how his auto attack works when he only has 2-3 items in comparison to blazing cape's pasisve which is only fully utilised when you're nearing full build. The only way blazing cape would be a better first item is if you're clearing lanes a lot. So basically either perma roaming mid laner or as a clash laner.

Heroes should be high durability, high damage, or high mobility. When they stay mixing without nerfing one aspect it becomes oppressive. No balance.
