Pebble/Seed Pixel Power Experimentation using Falcon FTest

Using the Falcon FTest to characterize the power usage of the Pebble pixels from Paul Zhang.
At 30% brightness I can reliably run 200 lights
100 pixels @20% brightness = 0.61 Amps
100 pixels @30% brightness = 0.775 Amps
100 pixels @40% brightness = 0.80 Amps
100 pixels @50% brightness = 0.815 Amps
