It is actually (the high pitched voice) Greek moiroloi a mourning singing tradition. Sounds like Indian because their songs have high pitch. But it isn't in this case.
because of the byzantine empire, greek tradition has mixed up with eastern cultures. so belly dance, and eastern instruments are part of the music tradition. it is common in Greece to gather arround a table, eat, drink, sing and dance. you can find events like this one, almost everywhere. Quite the opposite actually.. Greek music has always been part of the “East” and Byza time empire was around a long time and before Arabs and Ottomans .
That dance is called tsiftetelli and it isn't only Lebanese you can see it in Greece,in Turkey and Middle East.
But the music at that moment isn’t tsiffteteli , it’s from Northern Greece and ancient also.
She is a soprano. She is posting live videos from simple acapella reactions. She can sing it and hit every note and more than those note. We dont worry about that. It is just a matter of stage of presentation

So, yes, it's not as clueless to say that this sounds Lebanese cause Lebanon is part of the Arabic world. And Greece has ALWAYS had strong connections to the Arabic world. Since even before it was Arabic. Ancient Greece (we are talking about up to 25+ centuries ago) was already exchanging music and other cultural elements with the middle East or even all the way to India. So, a big range of traditional Greek music has many similarities with Arabic and Indian music.
