Any of the Don's Chuckwagon mixes are great. Fries up crisp and tasty, gotta try it.
Smaller batches might make for crispier fish. Fry daddies have a tendency to cool off quickly if to much is added at one time which can lead to more oil soaking into the fillets and breading. Just a thought, turkey fryer for large batches of fish. Banger video though. Hoping to get on some crappie and gills here in Montana over New Year's
