    Counsel, you referenced Article 20 of the 1992 Constitution to support the view that the law in Ghana serves to uphold morality.
    Respectfully, I have heard others make reference to the Glah case, which seems to suggest that the law and morality in Ghana are separate or divergent. Could you please assist me in reconciling these two perspectives? Thank you
