It isnt relevant for most people. They have definitely invested more than a million dollars on that farm.

Cage farming is beneath us.
The birds deserve more. Ghana needs to go back to pasture raised chicken.
Birds can roam free and fertilise your soil. You move them every week.
Food inputs are less. Deworming costs do increase, but the birds are natural and tasty.
Always those doing nothing have something to say.

Good project, but birds needs to move freely.
This system is not good for human consumption! There is an improved cage system where bird wealthfare is not compromised.
Why not good for human consumption?
Birds welfare are compromised, current, even recent improved cage systems are now being discontinued in EU, and US. There are lots of reasons, we can engage in this topic further to bring light to the audience if you want
The enrich cage system which has been in place is now being discarded for welfare reasons

I noticed one of the workers did not dip his feet into the solution. This type of person is the type that bring the diseases into the farm.
Noticed it too. He values his slippers over the millions of loss he will cost the business. Workers and their carelessness and I dont care attitude
But my question is how can a farmer feed such huge number of chickens when farmers with few birds struggle to feed and sometimes they fail to feed them

The answer is capital. And they reinvest the daily takings from the sale of eggs.
