No, she really wasn't. She had no idea how to play as a team.She was almost cut from the 2011 roster, but kept as a sub. Even her teammates didn't like it. They liked _her_, but didn't think she deserved a spot. She said she got a wake-up call in France, where if you want to be taken seriously you have to learn things like when to pass, how to shoot. She came back much better. I'll admit that missed PK was the right idea, just not fast enough. It's hard for a goalie to dive down fast, and a good shot often goes under them.
@@kimsechrist4139 she learnt any skills for ! Tobin is an inspiration for a lot of people and now she plays for the team ! She's one of the most talented of USA ! So instead of hate her shut up
@@heloisekernevy7514 I wasn't hating. I like her, too. I even gave credit to her missed PK. I'm just saying that, in the instance she was crying, she kinda deserved to be, because she was not contributing to the team. Have you ever played the game? Fancy skills only get you so far. Passing and shooting seem easy, but the timing, pressure, and accuracy all have to be there. She lacked those fundamentals. She's good NOW, because she worked to be a better player. That is the inspiration people should take from her.

@@heloisekernevy7514 her technical skills were, but there's more to soccer than that. She didn't know how to work with her teammates as an attacking unit. She would get herself stuck in places where she couldn't pass, and take crazy shots with little accuracy. I'm not lying, it's just a hard truth. Even in the 'before' part of this video you more often see players coming to her rescue rather than her finding them in the field.
That misty overlay on the video is very annoying.
Sorry I was tryna be different but I kinda fucked up the video for some people.
