Superbly well made mate. I moved here in March 31 2021, I travelled a fair bit before deciding here. I've not regretted it. I'm a Turkish resident now. Just renewed it for another two years. Just over two hundred quid inclusive of legal stuff. I rent an apartment in Oba Alanya just up the road from Cleopatra. Three hundred Euros a month. My water bill was 6 quid for May. Electric was just over fifteen quid. Ciggies are a quid twenty pence for twenty. I don't smoke but it's a good comparison to UK. 324 Sunny days a year. Jan is about 12-14c and rains a few days only. Feb is the worst at 8-12c and rains like the tropics for three weeks but not incessantly. March to April starts to get warm again. 18 ascending steadily to 25. May it's been 25-31 no rain. In fact it rained June 15 for half a day. Before that March 10. June is hotter this year than last. 32-37 July August last year was 38-46. Sept to December averages about 25 to 21 sliding scale
@@motoshot8493 I don't need to work. I sold my house in Kensington and Chelsea in London. Quit the rat race. I'm not buying again either. Will I get bored? Not so. I worked very hard in my UK life. Many nations here work on-line. Thanks for asking. Have a lovely weekend.
@@steffanhoffmann8937 Wow, jealous haha. Im in my early twenties so ill have to see if im Lucky enough to be able to buy a house. Have a nice weekend to, going to alanya in 4 weeks.
@@motoshot8493 understood mate. At the moment there are offers here, as this is traditionally a Russian resort. But politics right now, means it's not happening. Try any of the Kaila hotels. There's three. Read the reviews. One is owned by a Danish guy, so those are the tourists mainly who go there. They all speak English though, do Scandinavian people. As I play tennis with lots of them here. Irish are here also. English, Scots and Welsh, tend to go to the other end of this country. Marmaris and Bodrum.
