Those beets will be absolutely delicious. 😋
Sweetheart just get you the fresh beet root with the stems. They taste nothing like the pickled beets. You find them over by the lettuce and greens. Peel those fresh beet roots and dice and add them to a salad. Or, put the beets in a juicer and it makes the best beet juice.
