As someone who saw them two nights ago, I can confirm that Brian's voice has improved significantly! He was amazing at the concert and sounded almost the same as before. ❤
Kevin may be their big brother in life, but maaan... AJ is the Ringmaster. The light and energy source on stage 🙌 love the support he gives his brothers. Calling out 'B-Rok' or 'Nicky Nick' and 'sing it, D' on stage, as how a proud brother would do.

For the people that don't understand about Brian do yourself a favor and just watch their documentary! Than maybe you might have little more understanding and compassion to know what Brian is going through! It's called five part harmony for a reason! They all work together to blend their voices together to make the Backstreet Sound!

No one ever mentions just how freakin awesome it is that AJ does ALL those intensely insane moves still, considering he's had TWO knee surgeries. Brian has my heart because I too have the same issue with my voice but AJ ? Good Lord he still moves like always when you KNOW he's got to be in some horrible pain.

sova1981, Brian is a miracle. He had a heart murmur and didn’t have it operated on until 1998. They’ve been a band since 1993. All the vigorous dancing couldn’t have been easy for him.
sova1981 true! a big part of their success is because of Brian's angelic voice. that's why I think it could be the reason why he got that vocal problem. he's been using his voice too much for the past years especially during their prime. I'm just so glad he's doing so much better now and the rest of the guys are really supportive. hope he fully recover soon. #KTBSPA
Yes. It was sad to hear as well that he’s being pulled off from his rest weeks before his heart operation and still pushed him to join tours and performances. They bring his oxygen and paramedics for emergency purposes. Like that’s hardwork and dedication right in there despite everything. 😭😢😩🥺
